After booking Capulet for their big day, Courtney and Charles set to create an evening full of memorable food that focused on fresh fare served in a family style format. The couple envisioned an evening full of healthier fare that would be incredibly beautiful and plentiful. The evening began with passed appetizers from 1000 Figs as well as a specialty oyster bar from Elysian Events. The bride requested "all the seafood" possible when setting out to curate her menu, hence the focus on fish, oysters, and shrimp. The family style meal was composed of two courses and highlight veggie forward seasonal fare. As guests took a break from the dance floor, they were greeted with a refreshing ice cream treat from Just Desserts ice cream cart.
